The motor in my furnace went out. The problem was diagnosed immediately by Lane and the work was done in short order. He and his crew are extremely professional and clean. He gave me such a good deal, it was half of what the other companies quoted. From now on I'll be calling Hutchison!

Would have given 10 stars if I could have! Finding Lane from Hutchison Mechanical was a godsend. Lane was happy and willing to do this job for me. Not only that, he also answered some questions I had about A/C units. Lane was so kind and helpful, and from our discussion, I found A/C units that are much better suited to my needs than the ones I was originally going to buy. Lane clearly knows his business and cares about his customers . . . all of them. It is obvious that Lane takes pride in his work and is polite, professional and responsive, which I really appreciate.
